We don’t reach for the harshest thing under the sink by default. We pick the product and the tool for the surface in front of us: what it’s made of, what’s actually on it, whether it will work, and who lives with it afterwards. Kids, pets, and the person doing the cleaning all count.
Most of the time that means lower-toxicity products, because most of the time they do the job. When something genuinely calls for a stronger product — bleach included — we’ll use it where it’s the right call for the surface and it can be used safely in your home.
We’d rather explain that plainly than tell you everything in our kit is non-toxic. It isn’t, and no honest cleaner’s is.

The first clean, always, and the one every home starts with. It’s how we bring a home up to the Nestwell standard before recurring visits begin: the detailed attention that upkeep visits then hold in place. We walk through together first, so the time we quote genuinely fits your home.
Your ongoing upkeep, on the rhythm you choose: weekly, biweekly, or every four weeks. Once your home has had its deep clean, we keep the whole place at standard within the time you’ve set for us.
A detailed clean for an empty or mostly empty home, whether you’re handing back the keys or settling into a new place across the South Bay. With nothing in the way, this is the one clean where insides count: cabinets, drawers, the oven, the fridge. Booked with a walk-through so we get the time right.
So there are no surprises on the day. Anything marked as an add-on is available by request — just mention it at the walk-through.

A few things sit outside a Nestwell clean: exterior or second-story windows, carpet and upholstery shampooing, post-construction debris, and anything that calls for a licensed specialist, such as mold remediation or pest control. If you’re not sure, ask at the walk-through and we’ll tell you straight.
We charge by the hour, with all cleaning supplies included. You only ever pay for the time your home actually needs.

Every clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, mirrors and glass, baseboards and frames, and trash. What changes between a recurring clean, a deep clean, and a move-out is how far we go into the details — and a few things, like inside the oven or interior windows, are add-ons on a recurring visit. We go through all of it with you at the walk-through.
That’s the plan, and it’s one of the reasons we stay small. Familiar cleaners learn your home — which surfaces need care, where things live, what you notice first — so you don’t start over every visit. If someone is out sick or on vacation we’ll tell you before the day, not after.

Yes. You can pre-pay for the number of hours you expect to need, which lets you lock in service without a call. We’ll still follow up to confirm the day and time for your walk-through.
